School Registration Fee

There is a non-refundable school registration fee of $60. The school registration fee must be paid online via our PayPal link, found below. Please contact munum.external@gmail.com if you are unable to pay online and arrange another payment method. The Secretariat retains final discretion over whether a school can be granted a deadline extension.

Once conference capacity has been reached, registration will close regardless of the above deadlines for registration. A waitlist will be open in the event that schools or delegates drop, with spots being filled starting with those who were added to the waitlist first. This final delegate count is subject to change at the discretion of the Secretariat, and further clarification will be made in the coming months if necessary. Payment TIMELINE


  • All early registration payments -- both for delegate and school fees -- are due on November 30th, at 11:59 PM. 

  • All regular registration payments are due the Tuesday before the conference, January 9th, at 11:59 PM.

For example, if you register on October 17th, all of your fees will be due by November 30th. If you register on November 12th, your registration and delegate fees will be due by January 9th. We highly encourage you to pay as early as possible. We will also accommodate for case-by-case payment extensions (such as onsite payment) at the discretion of the Secretariat. In these special circumstances, the final payment date for delegate fees is the first day of the conference. Please contact munum.external@gmail.com for arranging accommodations. 

Failure in paying the delegate fees will result in delegates being unable to attend MUNUM. In accordance with MUNUM policy, a delegation cannot receive registration materials at the conference if their fees are not paid in full. Please contact munum.external@gmail.com immediately if this will be a problem for your school - we must have this on record at least one week before the conference begins.
