School Registration Fee

A registration fee of $50 is due with conference registration, with a final deadline (for this $50 amount) of 4 weeks after registration. This must be submitted online. No school will be assigned countries until the school registration fee has been paid. The Secretariat retains final discretion over whether a school can be granted a deadline extension. 

*The school registration fee is not refundable.

*Please note that registration will close when we reach our maximum capacity regardless of the dates above (approximately 700 students). This final amount is subject to change at the discretion of the Secretariat, and further clarification will be made in December if necessary. Don’t hesitate to ask us at if you have any questions.

Payment Timeline

Our conference fees are due 4 weeks after registration, or December 16th, which ever is earlier. For example, if you register on September 19th, your fees will be due on October 17th. We will also accommodate for case-by-case payment extensions (such as onsite payment) at the discretion of the secretariat. In these special circumstances, the final payment date for delegate fees is the first day of the conference.

Failure in paying the delegate fees will result in delegates being unable to attend MUNUM. If delegates arrive at the conference without full payment of fees or a check, MUNUM Secretariat reserves the right to withhold credentials, supplies, and placards from a delegation until all necessary fees have been paid.

Before submitting any payment, please ensure that you have carefully read through the registration info and completed the registration form.

If you are paying via PayPal, please use the memo line to write in your school’s name, advisor info and specify if it is for the school registration fee or delegate fees.

If you are paying through check, please send the check to P.O. Box 4487 Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104. In the memo please specify school and if it is for school registration fee, delegate fee or both.
